San Luis, R.C. Sonora, Mexico Report
One of the greatest blessings of our lives is having the opportunity to Pastor the San Luis R.C. Sonora church. In the month of October during our conference we celebrated our 30th year anniversary. It was October 1984 that Luz and I arrived from Yuma Arizona church.
At that time the church was about 15 to 20 people. God immediately stunned us as we labored, He began to give us fruit that remains till this day. One of the greatest things we do is our annual Miracle healing Crusade with Pastor Wayman Mitchell. This gives us the opportunity to co-labor with our fellowship from the U.S. and Mexico. Every year there are 500 to 600 people saved, and our largest crowds is 1,300 people in attendance, with many healed and delivered from sickness.
Today the San Luis church by the grace of God has fulfilled the mandate to make disciples and preach the gospel in our city, our nation and the nations of the world. On the local level we see up to 80 people saved every month. On the national scale, there are 30 Pastors and 3 evangelists that come from the San Luis Church, and on the world scale we are blessed to have missionaries in Colombia, Venezuela and Ecuador.
This year’s 2014 Conference was incredible; our guest speakers were Pastor Wayman Mitchell, Pastor José Luis Gaxiola and Pastor Joe Campbell who brought direction to our lives. Our largest attendance was 800 people by the end of the week, and we were blessed to announce 5 new works into our nation of Mexico: Mexico City, La Piedad Michuacan, Mexicali B.C., Paredones B.C. and a new church into San Luis R.C. I want to thank our Fellowship in the U.S. in Mexico and in the nations of the world. We would definitely not be experiencing the blessing we are seeing if we had not had all their support and prayers. I want to especially thank my Pastors who have imparted into my life and the life of the San Luis Church. Thank you Pastor Mitchell and Pastor Greg Mitchell.
