One of the most misunderstood and abused truths in scripture is the truth of God's grace. But the scripture never teaches us that God's grace allows us to sin. In fact, the clear teaching of scripture is that God's grace teaches us to not sin:
Titus 2:11-12 For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men,
12 teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age,
Romans 6:1-2 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound?
2 Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it?
Of course, this doesn't mean that we will never sin, especially as regards sins of omission. Nor does it mean that God's grace runs out, or that "God is just tired of you and your problems." But it does mean that willful sin--the sins that we willfully commit even though we know they're wrong--should not be a regular part of our life. (See also the Articles and Helps section.)
